Vendor Winter Rates Are From September 1st – May 31st, 2025

Storage Unit Pricing
- Availability
Storage units are available for rent by the month and require a one month security deposit. Vendors must rent the two spaces in front of a double shed and rent at least one space in front of the single shed. - Single Sheds
10ft. x 10ft. cost $87 per month. (Does not include cost of a space).
Double Sheds
10ft. x 20ft. cost $155 per month (Does not include cost of two spaces).
Recommended Vendor Pre-registration Holidays
Federal Monday Holidays are very busy so pre-registration is highly recommended. An additional $5 per space fee will be added for these Holidays:
- Martin Luther King Day (3rd Monday in January)
- Presidents Day (3rd Monday in February)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
All Federal Holiday spaces must be pre-paid in order to reserve (Be sure to call in time for us to receive your payment).
Mondays
For all vendor space reservations call 352-793-9877. Call at least one week before you are coming to sell. Leave a message with your name, phone number with area code, what you sell and how many spaces you need. If you need to rent tables in the Big Field, we have a limited number available for $8 per table.
Vendors you must be in your space by 8:00 am on Monday. If you are not, it may get rented to someone else…If you are going to be late call us and we will save your space.
Unreserved spaces are available at 6:00 am on Monday for walk-up vendors. Spaces can be reserved ahead on a week to week basis if you pay in advance. We recommend that you pay by the month to be guaranteed the same space monthly.
Vendor and Overnight Camping
Vendors can arrive and setup on Sunday in the Big Field at 4 pm. Everyone must leave the property by 6pm on Monday.
- Vendor Electric: There is a very limited number spaces that have electric. It’s additional $5.00 per day.
- Overnight camping fees for RV’s is $20.00 per night. That does include electric if available. (Electric is very limited). RV’s must park in the field on the south side of the market across CR 478. Everyone must leave the property by 6pm on Monday.
